They’ve been servicing my building for two years, and every month I sit around all Saturday waiting for them to show up. They exclusively show up at 6pm despite the office saying the service window is 11am-3pm. Every month I call the office to ensure my unit is not missed, and either the technician just doesn’t show up or arrives at 6pm. Absolutly ridiculous that you can’t manage your technicians appropriately. Today’s technician said he got two new buildings into his route so most likely he’ll start arriving even later than 6pm ….
